 Building a College Plan is important to your education and future growth in life. Many times in life there will be bumps in the road and part of it's how you have planned for that bump that determines your next move and its success. Only YOU can determine what success really is. Building a College Plan helps with preparing yourself in every facet of your future. Doesn't mean that if you don't go to college you won't be successful. There are many people who are successful without a degree. Why spend the majority of the most money you will ever spend in one place on a few minutes of research or because a coach tells you he is going to make you his starter and captain of his team?

 Committing to the Process is dedicating yourself to the next steps wherever they might lead you. Commit your mind, body and soul into the future you want to envision and sacrifice to make happen.  Committing to the Process is living a different lifestyle today for the one you want to have tomorrow. It's the mindset that discipline and hard work will have me on top in my determination whatever it is your doing.  Commit to want to be different. Don't talk about it, BE ABOUT IT! It's a PROCESS and it will be throughout life, learning many different ways of doing things. Commit to something and set goals for yourself in order to make them reality.Change your way of thinking or if you have it all figured out, then your probably wasting your time with this motivational speech. 

Nutritional Plan

 Most young student-athletes these days don't put the same emphasis on the food they put in their body as compared to the effort they use in their respective sport. Many times student athletes either don't know what types of protein and nutrition they need on a daily basis. What type of food did you have for breakfast today? Did you eat three meals today? How many times did you eat fast food this week? We don't expect life changes without hiccups, but mindset is having a plan helps guide you to success. Ask yourself these questions and see if what effort your putting in on the field and weight room is translating in your body. Do you want results? 

Strength/Conditioning Plan

 Many parents and student athletes wonder when is the right time to start working out hard and lifting weights. Many times building the work ethic and exercise is essential as a young athlete. Student athletes who do aspire to work out quite often hit a high level of competition due to the extra work on the side and results. ​  What type of food did you have for breakfast today? When building a PLAN you need to have goals. There is no reason to work without some type of incentive. Many times there are goals that are set, but are they set with a purpose or with an end goal?​  Being able to compete in LIFE, is how you compete in sports. Your mindset needs to have a win loss record for the day. Only you can choose what SUCCESS really means.Can you get past losing one day knowing you got better and that the only way to go is up?  Building a Back-Up Plan is so important to every step in life! We see so many quality student athletes that were phenomenal people fall off when sports and competition end. It is so vital for a athlete when they finish to get out and keep competing in life. 
Once sports end there is a empty feeling in your gut for years to come. It is something that no one can fill unless you have fufilled every accomplishment that you wanted to accomplish and ok to walk away. For most it is one of the most devestating times in ones life.
