When you build a culture, you always win.
Come in and get a full breakdown on you as a pitcher. From the start of how you prepare, your throwing routines are and what your ball is doing on the Trackman, which is used by every MLB team and most D1 programs. You will get a full print out of the assessment, data from Trackman from a full bullpen and outlook on how we can get your athlete to reach their full potential. Worst case you will have a good understanding of the things you need to work on as a pitcher even if you dont decide to continue here at GT Training Facility. Its all about getting the information or understanding of your mechanics and ball movement before during and after you have released the ball.
Trackman is a way we are able to also coach with the understanding of how baseball technology is taking over the game. It is about awareness on what you ball is actually doing and how to manipulate the ball to do things that mess with the hitters eyes. We have a Trackman for Pitchers and also have a Rapsodo for the hitters.
Gymaware is technology that is helping us understand how to use the ground when training in the weight room. It gives us immediate feedback on being level in our move, how much force we are producing and how fast we are doing it at. If your looking to get to college, you need to understand ground force output. We expect to train our athletes in various ways to prepare for anything in college from Phone Apps, Paper Workouts and On the baord written workouts. They will know how to block out their own workouts attacking muscle parts etc. We are training to get players to coach themselves when we arent there.
Nextiles is our newest data and its amazing for our arms. We get immediate feedback on the torque put on the arm and how much stress we are putting on the actual elbow. We look to track the data and understanding when a players arm is over fatigued and helps us track it daily.
Driveline Company has come us with a great strucctured program for youth and high schoool/college atheltes to build a velocity program and a program to maintain the velocity and arm health We rely heavy on the arm care aspect and learning how to properly unload the arm to throw.
We use the driveline Plyo balls for the Youth and we have the elevated size balls for the high level athetles appropriate for their age, strength and body type.
Each athelte is made differenlty and might have a different makeup, schedule or need to prepare differently. Everyone is different and we will train everyone that way.
Our facility is founded on structure and program based training. In everything we do we look to build off a foundation of what is set and then work on getting better training the weaknesses and building on the strengths. Some of the programs are:
Throwing Program
Nutritional Programs
Velocity Programs
Mobility Programs
Strength Programs
Hitting Programs
Our new and improved gym station will be equipped with 2 TVs for our Gymaware data. We four squat racks, two cable systems, leg press machine, bench press and multiple other bands and equiptment that we use for the athtles here at GT Training Facility.
We use Gymaware for the ground for that we are using while lifting weights. We also have Nextiles for not only arm sleeves, but for jumping out of the ground. We are able to see how symetrical the feet move, how fast and how much of the ground we actually use.
We like to have players that work together also push each other in their training. We pair atheltes up to not only have responsibility, but leadership qualities if they are in groups. It is about learning to be safe, be intentful and embrace the routine.

Our new batting cage and multiple (5) pitching mounds will help give players the opportunity to have a longer tunnel to hit in. 5 pitching mounds will be a great tool for teams that come in and get work in shorter time for pitchers. This also helps during classes to be able to have 6 mounds where players can be doing different techniques and drills with the feel of being on the mound and something that will translate.
